Meet
Cat
I work at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution in the moments that matter most.
The Person
I grew up between the Dominican Republic and the United States, moving between languages, cultures, and ways of being in the world. That experience taught me early how much the way we create space for others shapes what's possible.
Somewhere along the way I fell in love with two things that most people treat as separate — the design of how work happens and the facilitation of the moments within it. The architecture behind great collaboration and the human art of holding space for it. Turns out you need both.
How we work together shapes what's possible. Get that right, and everything else follows. People are always at the center, and that's exactly why I do this work.
The Work
I've spent over a decade partnering with national and global organizations to redesign how work happens by facilitating high-stakes sessions, building collaboration systems, designing operating models, leading change initiatives, and building the infrastructure that helps distributed teams actually work.
I've worked across tech companies, nonprofits, global foundations, sports organizations, blockchain ecosystems, and higher education.
I also train people in facilitation as a strategic leadership capability because the ability to bring people together and move them forward is what turns potential into possibility.
The Approach
I do my best work in the messy middle. That space full of tension, uncertainty, and possibility that most people want to rush past — that's not a problem, it's an opportunity. That's where the real work happens.
I'm deeply human and relentlessly practical. I don't show up with a predetermined agenda or a one-size-fits-all approach. I show up curious. I listen for what's really going on, designing for what the moment actually needs, and holding space for the hard conversations that move things forward.
I believe commitment matters more than consensus. And I've learned that when people feel like they truly belong in the room, everything changes.

In this podcast episode, I share what drew me to this work and what continues to shape how I think about the ways we work together.
See Me in Action
In this global facilitation summit, I led a session on how nonverbal communication can create meaningful participation.
